Job Description

The Sales Operation Strategy Manager for the MENA region is a pivotal role responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can design and implement processes and tools that enhance the performance of the sales team. The manager will lead initiatives that optimize resource allocation, streamline sales processes, and support strategic planning across the MENA sales operations. The individual will work closely with sales leaders, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the MENA market, offering a chance to make a significant impact on the organization s success in the region.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the MENA region's market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify priorities and optimize sales processes.
  • Conduct performance analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency of the sales team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales operations or strategic roles.
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies in complex markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage.
