Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit a Sales Representative at our laundry (based in Dubai) to undertake the following:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.
- Utilize customer feedback to enhance service delivery, addressing concerns promptly to foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitors in the industry.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales progress, follow-up actions efficiently, and report on progress to management.
- Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Apart from the above roles and responsibilities, we will also need the candidate to manage in-house responsibilities for a few days in the week (details will be shared with the selected candidates).
Desired Candidate Profile
- A proactive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales are vital personal qualities that drive success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adapt strategies for optimal results.
- Fluency in English with proficiency in additional languages (it will be a significant advantage for handling diverse clientele) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels confidently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic to pursue leads and close deals independently.
- Experience in B2B sales environments would be an added advantage along with a customer-centric mindset, emphasizing empathy and understanding to effectively address client needs and concerns.
Things that are important to us:
1. Candidates with sales experience (in UAE) are encouraged to apply (non-sales experience will not be considered due to the nature of the role). Hence, we seek those based in UAE only.
2. Apart from a base salary (plus accommodation and other benefits provided by the company), we will be offering you a commission on the paid-customer tally at the beginning of the following month (details will be shared to the selected profiles only). Base salary will vary based on experience, knowledge and calibre of the candidate.
3. Candidate will be provided accommodation in JVC by the company (no exceptions).
