We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist who knows how to drive revenue, build strong relationships, and keep our business ahead of the competition. This is a fast-paced role that’s all about connecting with corporate clients, crafting strategies that work, and making sure our clients get exactly what they need.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute sales strategies to bring in corporate clients and hit those revenue targets.
Stay ahead of the game by keeping an eye on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions that make them loyal to us.
Be the go-to person for your key accounts, ensuring they're always satisfied and coming back for more.
Create and deliver impactful sales presentations that highlight why Stella Stays is the best choice for corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both our clients and the company.
Research and find new business opportunities while keeping a pulse on the latest industry trends.
Use sales data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate wins.
Collaborate with teams across marketing, events, and more to create a seamless experience for clients and find new ways to drive sales.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to senior management.
Represent Stella Stays at industry events, networking, and trade shows, promoting our brand and expanding our business connections.
Develop strategies to drive sales during low season in both Saudi Arabia and Dubai markets. This includes identifying opportunities, offering promotions, and tailoring campaigns to suit market conditions during off-peak periods.
Requirements
5+ years of successful experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in English, and bonus points if you speak Arabic.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven track record in corporate sales within the hospitality sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you can build relationships with anyone.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a clear focus on hitting targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
