Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales operations by monitoring team performance and driving productivity to achieve targets.
- Implement sales strategies that align with company goals, adapting tactics based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, motivate team members, and share best practices for improved sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to provide a strong foundational knowledge of sales principles.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
