Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a forex sales team to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets. • Drive daily sales activity, performance tracking, and pipeline management. • Support team members in closing deals and handling objections. • Ensure proper CRM usage, follow-ups, and reporting accuracy. • Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and individual productivity. • Maintain a performance-driven and disciplined sales culture. • Execute sales strategies provided by management. • Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership. • Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in sales with exposure to team handling, mentoring, or sales leadership. • Strong closing, negotiation, strong problem solving skill and objection-handling skills. • Ability to drive targets through discipline and consistency. • Strong communication and people management skills. • Experience in forex, trading, fintech, or financial sales is an advantage. • Results-driven mindset with accountability and professionalism.
