Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cleaning equipment solutions based on application and technical specifications.

  • Promote and sell cleaning equipment including pressure washers, vacuum machines (corded and cordless), robotic cleaners, steam cleaners (corded and cordless), scrubbers, sweepers, and other domestic and commercial cleaning machines.

  • Explain product features such as capacity, pressure, airflow, tank size, duty cycle, and operational performance to customers.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.

  • Manage both B2B and B2C sales channels to achieve sales targets.

  • Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure proper installation, support, and after-sales service.

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling cleaning equipment or related machinery.

  • Experience dealing with facility management companies, cleaning contractors, hotels, hospitals, automotive workshops, retail customers, and distributors is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
