Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cleaning equipment solutions based on application and technical specifications.
Promote and sell cleaning equipment including pressure washers, vacuum machines (corded and cordless), robotic cleaners, steam cleaners (corded and cordless), scrubbers, sweepers, and other domestic and commercial cleaning machines.
Explain product features such as capacity, pressure, airflow, tank size, duty cycle, and operational performance to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
Manage both B2B and B2C sales channels to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure proper installation, support, and after-sales service.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment and machinery.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and match products to customer requirements.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in selling cleaning equipment or related machinery.
Experience dealing with facility management companies, cleaning contractors, hotels, hospitals, automotive workshops, retail customers, and distributors is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
