Roles & Responsibilities

About This Role

  • Lead 1 2 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central focused), from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
  • Conduct business workshops in Arabic and English, translating HR requirements into functional specifications
  • Configure and support Core HR, Employee Central, and Talent modules (PMGM, RCM, LMS)
  • Ensure compliance with Middle Eastern labor laws and regulations, including GOSI / SIO, nationalization programs, and regional benefits structures
  • Manage integration between Success Factors and SAP HCM / FICO for payroll posting and cost center management
  • Oversee data migration of employee master data and historical records using Info porter or O Data APIs
  • Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support to drive high user adoption
