Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate board and committee meetings
- Prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions, and board packs
- Maintain statutory registers and governance records
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory bodies (SCA, ADGM, DED)
- Advise the board on corporate governance practices
- Support shareholder communications and meeting coordination
- Onboard and guide new board members
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
5 8 years of experience in a board/governance role
Proven knowledge of UAE corporate governance frameworks
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred: Experience in listed companies./p>
