Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple restaurant outlets

  2. Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis

  3. Monitor food & beverage cost, wastage, and inventory control

  4. Ensure VAT compliance, filing, and coordination with auditors in the UAE

  5. Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions

  6. Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes

  7. Coordinate with operations and management to support financial decisions

  8. Implement and monitor internal controls and financial procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5–10+ years of experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality groups in the UAE

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and budgeting

  • Experience in VAT compliance and UAE financial regulations

  • Good understanding of inventory and stock reconciliation

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and POS integrations

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multi-unit operations and high-volume transactions
