Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy of entries to maintain financial integrity.
Conduct detailed account reconciliations and variance analyses to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly.
Prepare and analyze payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with rules and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
A Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in payroll is advantageous.
