Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties

• Generate and distribute rent invoices, CAM charges, HOA dues, and service fees

• Post and reconcile tenant payments (checks, ACH, wire, online portals)

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts

• Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and tenants on billing issues

• Process late fees, adjustments, and credits accurately

• Prepare monthly AR reports for management and property owners

• Reconcile AR balances with the general ledger

• Assist with eviction notices, collections, and legal documentation when required

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain compliance with lease agreements and company policies.

• Monitor the Cheque bounce

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.

• Analyze aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts, employing effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.

• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions with the general ledger, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.

• Prepare and present detailed AR reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to management, providing insights into financial performance.
