Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles across assigned MENA locations.
- Design and deliver data-driven recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities, nationalization agendas, and regional talent market insights.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experience hires in Tax, including attraction, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offers, and pre-joining experience.
- Use recruitment data and insights to track progress against hiring targets, identify risks, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within recruitment systems and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Skills and attributes for success
- A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and partner confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Tax recruitment, and similar specialisations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
- A creative, strategic, and commercially aware approach to problem solving.Confidence representing EY as an employer of choice on Tax and in the market.
Ideally, you ll also
- Be comfortable handling large data sets and generating insights using Excel and MS Office.
- Have exposure to Recruitment Management Systems such as SuccessFactors.
- Have experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and offering.
- Bring experience working across multiple geographies or within a regional recruitment model.

Working closely with business stakeholders, service lines, and the MENA experienced hire Recruitment team, you will design and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire high-potential experinced candidates in the region.This is a highly consultative role that combines strategy, stakeholder management, employer branding, and execution.
