Senior Associate - Experienced Hire Recruitement Consultant Ernst & Young AE

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles across assigned MENA locations.
• Design and deliver data-driven recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities, nationalization agendas, and regional talent market insights.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experience hires in Tax, including attraction, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offers, and pre-joining experience.
• Use recruitment data and insights to track progress against hiring targets, identify risks, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within recruitment systems and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Ideally, you ll also

• Be comfortable handling large data sets and generating insights using Excel and MS Office.
• Have exposure to Recruitment Management Systems such as SuccessFactors.
• Have experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and offering.
• Bring experience working across multiple geographies or within a regional recruitment model.
