Job Description

KPMG UAE is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Transfer Pricing team. In this role, you ll support clients with transfer pricing documentation, policy development, and compliance in line with UAE TP rules and OECD BEPS guidelines. You ll work on functional and economic analyses, benchmarking using databases like Orbis and RoyaltyStat, and preparing reports. The role also involves managing client engagements, supporting business development, and mentoring junior team members.

• Support clients with transfer pricing documentation, compliance, and policy development aligned with OECD BEPS guidelines.
• Conduct functional and economic analyses, including benchmarking using databases like Orbis and RoyaltyStat.
• Prepare high-quality transfer pricing reports and assist with intercompany pricing strategies.
• Manage multiple clients within FS industry and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist in mentoring junior staff.
• Contribute to business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
  
  

• 2 4 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably with a Big Four or similar consultancy.
• Experience in Financial services industry is Mandatory.
• Bachelor s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with TP databases (e.g., Orbis, RoyaltyStat).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
