Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Shadow and eventually co-lead client acquisition and relationship management under direct mentorship.
Take ownership of assigned client portfolios as you progress.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities.
Contribute to the growth of a premium, fee-based advisory practice not transactional or product-driven.
This is not a traditional insurance or platform sales role. You ll be working in a high-yield, high-margin advisory environment where commissions are substantial and performance-based. Unlike roles at firms like De Vere or Skipton (where fees are often tied to product sales), this is a true advisory, value-driven model with significant upside.
Structure: High commission potential, aligned with client value and deal size not volume or product.
Someone who wants to build a long-term career in premium wealth advisory.
A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
A professional who sees themselves as a future partner or senior advisor not just a salesperson.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience Level: Mid-career professional (not overly seasoned or mature ) ideally with 3 7 years in financial services, preferably in advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles.
Mindset: Eager to learn, open to mentorship, and ready to grow into a senior advisory role.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills capable of sitting across from clients, building trust, and closing complex deals.
Professionalism: Polished, articulate, and client-ready able to represent the firm at the highest level.
Network: Bonus if you bring your own professional network to help expand the client base.
