Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Arabic-speaking female candidate to assist and guide the Management in effectively using digital tools and online platforms. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, patient, and organized, with the ability to explain and demonstrate the use of various mobile and online applications clearly and professionally.

This role focuses on training and supporting the Management in the efficient and secure use of mobile applications, mobile banking, online purchasing, email systems, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Guidance & Support with various platforms for instance (all Social Media Platforms)
2. Provide step-by-step guidance and demonstrations to the Management on using mobile applications, including mobile banking, online payment, and shopping apps.
3. Help the Management understand and perform secure online transactions.
4. Explain and support account setup, app navigation, updates, and troubleshooting when needed.
5. Ensure all online activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
6. Email & Communication Support
7. Guide the Management on how to use and manage email accounts, including sending, organizing, and responding to emails.
8. Social Media Assistance (linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, AI Tools)
9. Train and assist the Management in using social media applications for both professional and personal engagement.
10. Offer advice on privacy, security, and appropriate online communication.
11. Administrative Coordination
12. Maintain clear and simple digital records and notes for the Management's reference.
13. Provide ongoing technical assistance and follow-up support as new applications or updates are introduced.
14. Coordinate with service providers, banks, or vendors when necessary to ensure smooth online access.

Qualifications

• Female Arabic speaker (fluent in Arabic; proficient in English).
• Strong digital literacy and experience with:
• Mobile and online banking applications.
• E-commerce and secure online purchases.
• Email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
• Social media applications.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills and able to explain technology clearly and patiently.
• Organized, trustworthy, and highly professional.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, Communications, or a related field preferred.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Digital Assistant. The Senior Digital Assistant will support the development and execution of digital strategies, actively manage and optimize digital platforms, create and edit engaging content, and perform data analysis to improve online performance. Responsibilities include coordination with internal teams, ensuring timely updates across digital channels, and staying informed about trends in the digital landscape.
