  • Partnerships and Ecosystem: Co-develop programs with Commercial AI and Global Business Services; establish clear remits and hand-offs across enterprise teams; build a delivery culture grounded in shared purpose, psychological safety and accountability.

  • Integration with Enterprise AI: Act as the primary interface to capability teams across customer and patient engagement, data science and analytics, and platform engineering, ensuring clarity on ownership, priorities and transitions from build to run.

  • Market Sensing and Foresight: Scan internal and external trends; track market and innovation shifts to anticipate opportunities and risks; spot and shape new enterprise initiatives; define leading indicators to monitor progress and pivot decisively.

  • Near-term to Broader Impact: In the first 90 days, assess demand, set the roadmap and launch priority pilots; in 6 12 months, scale adoption across markets, demonstrate ROI and codify reuse; over time, institutionalize AI-enabled ways of working that accelerate growth and improve patient outcomes.
