Roles & Responsibilities

The role is responsible for maintaining content management system functions and supporting digital operations by analysing data, identifying insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the performance and user experience of digital channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing team in aligning content management system capabilities with overall digital content strategy and campaign goals.
  • Analyse user data, Website/App usage patterns, and performance metrics to derive insights into user behaviour and engagement.
  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the overall health of the Website/Apps.
  • Administer and configure the F3 s primary Content Management System, managing user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations.
  • Monitor the end-to-end content lifecycle within the content management system, including content ingestion, review, Approval, publishing, and archival/deletion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance Website/App usability and user satisfaction.
  • Assess the performance of existing Website/App features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) teams to define testing criteria and ensure the quality of Website/App releases and testing of content deployments and functional updates across various devices and browsers before pushing content live.
  • Usage of data from mobile analytics, Website/App management tools, measurement platforms, customer data platforms to unify the behavior.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by users, providing detailed insights to support bug fixes and improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum +3 years of experience in mobile Website/App UX/UI enhancement.
  • In-depth understanding of mobile Website/App eco system, user interface audit, elevating user experience.
  • Knowledge of mobile analytics, Website/App management tools like firebase, customer engagement and measurement tools, customer data platforms.
  • Proficient in various data analysis techniques and procedures.
