Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Proposal Development: Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals in response to client RFQs or tenders.
  • Technical Analysis: Review client requirements and develop suitable engineering solutions.
  • Cost Estimation: Generate accurate cost estimates and pricing models, ensuring profitability.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for proposal inputs.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical documents, BOQs, and compliance checklists.
  • Client Interaction: Support sales teams and attend clarification meetings with clients as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in proposals or engineering roles within the same field.
  • Certifications: Must have KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) membership.
  • License: Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
  • Visa Status: Only candidates with Kuwait Article 18 transferable residence visa are eligible to apply.
