Tender & Proposal Management

• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyze tender documents including technical scope, commercial terms, and evaluation criteria.
• Translate client requirements into clear bid plans, timelines, and task assignments.
• Develop technical narratives, execution strategies, compliance tables, pricing structures, and qualification dossiers.
• Ensure adherence to client submission requirements (digital portals and/or hardcopy).
• Coordinate post-submission clarifications, negotiations, and compliance responses.

Compliance & Documentation Control

• Ensure all submissions include up-to-date company documents (licenses, certifications, ICV, org charts, etc.).
• Maintain and update the company’s proposal library and project references.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks (e.g., expiring bid bonds, outdated registrations).
• Oversee document control and secure all necessary approvals prior to submission.

Internal Coordination

• Facilitate bid kick-off meetings to align stakeholders and clarify deliverables.
• Work with:
  Supply Chain & PMO for vendor quotes and lead times.
  Finance for cost breakdowns, payment terms, and cash flow considerations.
  Legal for contract terms and risk reviews.
  Principals/technology partners for technical alignment.
• Consolidate all inputs into a final, client-ready package.
• Track reviews, approvals, and deadlines via structured tools (SharePoint, dashboards, CRM systems).
• Provide regular progress updates to the Business Unit Manager.
