� Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Project & Implementation to join our WinGold Division. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end ERP project implementations, ensuring seamless client onboarding, configuration, user training, and post-go-live support. You’ll act as a strategic bridge between clients and internal technical teams to deliver excellence.

� Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the implementation of WinGold ERP at client sites from planning to go-live.

· Gather and analyze business requirements to configure ERP modules effectively.

· Create project documentation including timelines, process flows, and training manuals.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

· Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and handle post-implementation support.

· Manage client expectations and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

· Proven ERP Expertise – Hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP systems.

· Accounting Proficiency – Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation.

· Data Migration & Integration Skills – Ability to map, clean, transfer, and integrate data between systems with high accuracy.

· Regulatory Compliance Awareness – Understanding statutory reporting, audit requirements, and tax compliance.

· Strong Communication & Collaboration – Working effectively with finance, operations, IT, and management teams.

· Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Staying updated with new ERP features and evolving accounting regulations.

· Willingness to Travel Internationally – Flexible to travel abroad for implementation, training, and support as project requirements demand.
