Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, MS Dynamics).
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery for ERP support and upgrades.
- Ensure alignment of ERP capabilities with evolving business requirements.
- Govern ERP change management, configuration, testing, and documentation processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and effective communication across departments.
- Oversee ERP project execution within time, scope, and budget.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP ecosystem.
- Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend strategic improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Desirable Qualification: Master's in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with 6+ years in ERP system management and implementation.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of system integration, data architecture, and business process reengineering.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
