Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost management frameworks for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Monitor and report on asset operational costs, forecasts, and variances.
  • Collaborate with asset management teams to support strategic initiatives and optimize financial performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to guide investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements related to asset costs.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance budget practices.
  • Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (CMA, CFA) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in cost management, financial analysis, or asset management roles.
  • In-depth understanding of financial principles, budgeting processes, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (CMA, CFA) preferred.

7+ years of experience in cost management, financial analysis, or asset management roles.

In-depth understanding of financial principles, budgeting processes, and asset lifecycle management.
