Senior manager ops Mnzil Facilities Management

Own end to end operations across the Mnzil portfolio, including property onboarding, readiness, day-to-day performance, and service delivery standards- Build and scale operating playbooks for leasing, subleasing, facilities management, housekeeping, security, and tenant experience- Lead and structure the ops organization (city ops, property managers, vendors), with clear KPIs, SLAs, and accountability- Drive unit economics at the property level: cost control, margin optimization, churn reduction, and yield improvement- Manage third-party vendors and suppliers, including contract negotiation, performance management, and cost benchmarking- Own operational readiness for new launches (new buildings, new cities), ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met- Implement systems and tools to track operational performance and incident management- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and landlord / tenant contractual obligations
