Job Overview

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving Palace Group’s marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on luxury brand positioning and high-value client engagement. This role is responsible for leading campaigns, overseeing content and digital strategy, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company’s premium identity. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing within luxury real estate, construction, or high-end brands, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Palace Group’s business objectives.

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for luxury villa projects

  • Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns for high-net-worth individuals and investors

  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage Brand Management and Positioning

  • Safeguard and elevate Palace Group’s luxury brand image across all platforms

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials

  • Drive innovative branding initiatives that reinforce exclusivity and premium positioning

    Campaign Management & Project Launches

  • Lead end-to-end execution of project marketing campaigns, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. Supervise media activations and lead exclusive interviews to enhance brand visibility, ensuring alignment with the brand’s premium and luxurious image.

  • Organize exclusive events, private viewings, and high-profile client engagements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

    Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies including social media, website management, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate detailed reports

  • Optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation

    Content Development & Creative Direction

  • Lead the creation of high-end marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content

  • Provide creative direction to designers, photographers, and external agencies

  • Ensure all content reflects Palace Group’s luxury standards and storytelling approach

    Lead Generation & Sales Alignment

  • Drive lead generation strategies and ensure high-quality prospect acquisition

  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

  • Support preparation of client proposals, presentations, and pitch materials

    Market Research & Insights

  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions and new project positioning

    Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers

  • Oversee budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities

  • Ensure all deliverables meet Palace Group’s quality standards
