What You ll Do

* Provide end-to-end operational and administrative support to Relationship Managers and their clients across CIB & IB segments
* Handle a variety of service requests such as account maintenance, balance confirmations, corporate credit card operations, closure letters, and statement issuance
* Respond to internal and external client inquiries via multiple platforms including T24, SharePoint, DMS, and BPMS
* Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and process documentation in line with regulatory standards
* Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure SLAs and TATs are consistently met
* Maintain accurate records of service requests, correspondence, and operational logs
* Assist in resolving customer grievances and escalating service delivery gaps when required
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and safe custody of security items
* Identify and propose areas for process improvement and risk mitigation within client servicing workflows

Candidate Requirements

* University degree in Commerce, Banking, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of banking experience with exposure to client servicing or back-office operations
* Solid knowledge of banking procedures, account servicing, and corporate documentation
* Familiarity with platforms such as T24, DMS, SharePoint, and internal banking systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first approach
* Capable of handling high volumes with accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong team player with adaptability to fast-paced environments
