Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager Higher Education (HE), you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products serving universities and higher education institutions. You will own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineering, UX, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact education platforms aligned with institutional and market needs in Saudi Arabia.

Experience

7+ years of experience in Product Management with proven ownership of complex digital or platform-based products. Experience working with Higher Education, EdTech, or enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals and Higher Education requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and data teams to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including university leadership and internal teams, to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Lead product discovery activities, including user research, customer interviews, and market analysis.
• Define and track product success metrics, using data and feedback to guide prioritization and improvement.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong product ownership and prioritization skills within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and managing technical trade-offs.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Higher Education platforms (LMS, SIS, academic portals).
• Exposure to government or education-sector digital transformation initiatives.
• Technical background or previous hands-on experience in software development.
• Product management or Agile certifications.
• MBA or Master s degree.
