Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and quality control procedures across all outlets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure hygiene and safety requirements are met.
  • Train and guide staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
  • Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 4 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry (restaurants, catering, or hospitality).
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 systems (certifications are a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple outlets with a hands-on approach.
  • A car is a must (field visits between outlets).

Desired Candidate Profile
