Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and quality control procedures across all outlets.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure hygiene and safety requirements are met.
- Train and guide staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
- Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry (restaurants, catering, or hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 systems (certifications are a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work across multiple outlets with a hands-on approach.
- A car is a must (field visits between outlets).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
Minimum 3 4 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry (restaurants, catering, or hospitality).
