Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the company s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements within the medical equipment distribution sector. Support audits, CAPA, complaints, recalls, and vigilance activities to ensure product quality, traceability, and patient safety. Develop and update SOPs while promoting a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Maintain product quality, storage, and distribution practices to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee audits, CAPA, and vigilance activities.
  • Support product recalls, customer complaints handling, Field Safety Notices (FSN), traceability, and risk management processes.
  • Develop and update SOP s, conduct training sessions to teams, and promote a strong culture of quality within the organization.
