Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate sourcing and market research
- Prepare and send emails to candidates and clients
- Follow up on recruitment processes and interview arrangements
- Screen CVs and assist in shortlisting candidates
- Manage recruitment files, documentation, and data entry
- Post job vacancies on relevant platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners
- Support administrative tasks within the HR department
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment Officer /Consultant
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
