Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition and management.
  • Drive the performance management process by establishing key performance indicators and facilitating ongoing feedback and development plans for employees.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a collaborative and innovative workplace culture that reflects the company’s values.
  • Oversee employee relations by addressing complex issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, showcasing advanced knowledge in HR management.

  • A minimum of 4-10 years of progressive HR experience,.

  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to the field and staying current with best practices.
