Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategy across the UAE
- Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline
- Identify and close new business opportunities across target sectors
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth delivery and project execution
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in Sales and at least 2 years within fitness, performance, medical, or wellness industry in the UAE
- Strong network within institutional, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value deals
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE residency with valid driving license
