Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategy across the UAE
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth delivery and project execution

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in Sales and at least 2 years within fitness, performance, medical, or wellness industry in the UAE
  • Strong network within institutional, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare sectors
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value deals
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • UAE residency with valid driving license
