Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating value propositions and overcoming objections to close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the role, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Professional certifications in sales or marketing (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) are highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus for dealing with diverse clients.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM software and sales analytics tools, enabling efficient management of client relationships.
