Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating value propositions and overcoming objections to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting of revenue streams.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies, leveraging feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the role, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus for dealing with diverse clients.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software and sales analytics tools, enabling efficient management of client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport and influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, showcasing the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving goals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a high level of resilience in overcoming challenges and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
