Post description
- Lead the Sales Team to achieve sales target
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with strong>high-end customers in the premium foodservice sector, including strong>5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and gourmet establishments.
- Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Promote the company s portfolio of premium food products with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Stay updated on strong>market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Actively participate in identifying strong>product ranges to further expand existing portfolio and create a custom offer.
Desired Candidate Profile
strong>Currently active in the UAE market, with an established network in the premium foodservice industry.
- Proven experience in strong>management of a Sales Team, strong>business development and sales within the high-end foodservice sector.
- Strong understanding of strong>luxury food products and the needs of premium hospitality clients.
- strong>Passionate about food and knowledgeable about culinary trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
