Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving Agile excellence across multiple business units within the group. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across technology and digital transformation projects.

This role is ideal for a servant leader who thrives in complex organizational environments and is passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-performing Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor multiple Agile teams to ensure adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Remove impediments and proactively address risks that may impact delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed backlogs and clear sprint goals.
  • Track and report on Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and promote Agile maturity within the organization.
  • Support large-scale Agile transformations across different subsidiaries within the holding structure.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience managing multiple squads within enterprise or multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus).
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
  • Experience working in remote, distributed teams across the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex environments.
