Senior Specialist, ERP Support (SAP HCM)

Duties & Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to):

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP&SF HCM.

Ensure smooth integration of SAP&SF HCM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, Ariba, AD).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements and deliver tailored payroll and HR processes.

Manage and participate in all project lifecycle phases implementation, functional testing, documentation, and go-live support.

Oversee issue resolution and system optimization post go-live.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, configuration records, and user manuals.

Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial and project data.

Provide training, user support, and continuous system improvement initiatives.

Support integration of SAP&SF HCM with external and internal applications & workflows.

Apply knowledge of SAP RISE and Private Cloud Architecture to align with enterprise digital strategies.

Skills:

Deep expertise in SAP&SF HCM modules, including configuration and integration.

Strong SF product understanding such as (RCT, ONB, LMS, EC, PY, etc.) and S4 HR modules

Skilled in SAP&SF HCM functionalities such as hiring to retire, training, and performance management.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong documentation, presentation, and training capabilities.

Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Experience managing data migration and ensuring financial data integrity.

Ability to adapt to evolving project demands and work in cross-functional teams.

Experience working within cloud-based ERP environments and digital transformation projects.
