Position Overview
Talabat is seeking a Senior Specialist Martech in Dubai, UAE to lead marketing technology discussions, oversee CRM integrations, and drive innovation across customer engagement channels. This role will ensure seamless integration of Braze, BigQuery, and other Martech tools, while working closely with engineering, product, and CRM teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.

What You ll Do

* Lead Martech initiatives, testing and implementing new product features in Braze
* Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and CRM teams to ensure smooth technology rollouts
* Explore, test, and onboard new CRM channels including WhatsApp, RCS, push notifications, and email
* Manage CRM feature request intake and ensure alignment with business strategy
* Validate deep links, tracking, and data connections between Braze, CDP, and BigQuery
* Oversee CRM data ingestion, segmentation, and activation processes
* Monitor performance and optimize CRM automation for personalization and efficiency
* Conduct quality assurance on CRM integrations to ensure accuracy and functionality
* Act as Martech consultant within CRM, ensuring best practices are applied

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, Martech, or Marketing Automation
* Strong expertise in Braze and BigQuery
* Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on Martech integrations
* Technical knowledge of deep linking, API integrations, and CRM data flows
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for ensuring data integrity
* Familiarity with evaluating and implementing new CRM channels
* Proven project management skills with ability to track performance and deliver innovation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
