Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of a dynamic organization. Your primary goal will be to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier talent that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and culture. You will leverage your expertise to streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and serve as a brand ambassador for the company. Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial contact to onboarding phase.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment plans.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment events and career fairs for raising brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking and relationship building.
  • Monitor and keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Enhance candidate experience with effective communication and feedback mechanisms.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes and reporting accuracy.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate and manage communication with potential hires.
  • Work to ensure diversity and inclusion objectives are met within the hiring process.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior recruitment staff and hiring managers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence others.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR databases effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
