Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process to support the organization’s strategic talent needs. This role serves as a key partner to hiring managers and HR leadership, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality candidates across various functions. By leveraging deep expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and market insights, the Talent Acquisition specialist plays a critical role in building high-performing teams and driving organizational success.
· Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior, mid-level, and entry-level roles across various departments, ensuring the best talent is identified and hired.
Collaborate with hiring managers/department heads to understand specific talent needs and craft targeted sourcing strategies.
Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, job boards, networking, and talent pooling to find and engage qualified candidates.
· Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to job offer.
· Employer Branding & Market Insight:
Represent the brand in the talent marketplace by promoting our values, culture, and unique benefits.
Leverage social media, events, and other platforms to enhance our employer brand and attract top-tier candidates.
Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices, advising the HR leadership team on ways to improve talent acquisition strategies.
· Collaboration & Teamwork:
Partner with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals.
Provide guidance to talent acquisition team members.
Collaborate with the other HR team to create seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
· Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity.
Continuously analyze recruitment data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
· Diversity & Inclusion:
Drive diversity initiatives in recruitment by attracting diverse talent and promoting an inclusive hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in a full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition role.
- Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent across different roles.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and local employment laws.
