Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business objectives and workforce plans, translating them into effective hiring strategies.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across different functions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through online channels, professional networks, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Plan, lead, and continuously improve interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and structured interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and pipelines using recruitment analytics.
  • Design and refine job descriptions, competency-based interview questions, and assessment criteria aligned with role and business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
  • Lead and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent and strengthen the company s talent reputation.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines and relationships with high-potential candidates for future needs.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and TA best practices across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4 5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth environment.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and seniority levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
  • Hands-on experience with structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and evaluation methods.
  • Solid experience using recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
