Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and share recommendations with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5 7 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment metrics.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
