Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in any related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency settings
- Excellent English language
- HR certificate/diploma is essential
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across functions
- Strong command of ATS tools, CRM platforms, and Excel automation
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with international hiring is an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
