Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct detailed job briefings with clients to ensure role clarity, hiring priorities, and cultural fit.
- Act as a recruitment advisor by providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring feasibility feedback.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders to ensure repeat business and account stability.
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Lead proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis when required.
Candidate Assessment & Experience
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews aligned with role requirements.
- Assess technical fit, soft skills, motivation, and long-term suitability.
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on ATS systems.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to internal leadership and clients.
Process & Quality Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal recruitment SOPs, compliance standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing strategies, interview quality, and recruitment efficiency.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on best recruitment practices when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum strong>3 years of experience/strong> in recruitment, with proven agency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
- Strong experience in headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate engagement.
- Fast-paced, target-driven recruitment agency environment
- Exposure to multiple industries and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English
