Client & Stakeholder Management

• Conduct detailed job briefings with clients to ensure role clarity, hiring priorities, and cultural fit.
• Act as a recruitment advisor by providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring feasibility feedback.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders to ensure repeat business and account stability.

Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping

• Lead proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis when required.

Candidate Assessment & Experience

• Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews aligned with role requirements.
• Assess technical fit, soft skills, motivation, and long-term suitability.
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on ATS systems.
• Provide regular recruitment status reports to internal leadership and clients.

Process & Quality Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal recruitment SOPs, compliance standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing strategies, interview quality, and recruitment efficiency.
• Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on best recruitment practices when required.
