Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top technical talent.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and provide insightful recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Promote Erada s employer brand and values to attract and retain high-caliber technical professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical talent acquisition or IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in an open workplace arrangement.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
