Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a senior commercial role focused on developing and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Family Offices, while driving capital raising across a suite of digital asset investment solutions, including structured products, fund strategies, and access/index products.
The role is suited to an experienced private banking or wealth management professional with a strong investment background and an interest in digital assets as an emerging asset class. The successful candidate will play an important role in building and scaling the firm s client franchise in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Fundraising Originate and convert a pipeline of HNW and Family Office prospects into long-term clients Drive capital raising across the firm s digital asset investment product suite Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and onboarding through to ongoing relationship management Achieve AUM growth and revenue targets aligned with the firm s expansion strategy
- Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser for a book of HNW and Family Office clients Conduct regular portfolio reviews and investment discussions with clients Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through cross-selling and allocation across the product suite Deliver a high standard of client service and relationship management
- Product & Market Expertise Develop strong knowledge of the firm s digital asset investment strategies and products Stay informed on digital asset market developments and broader macro trends Provide market insights and client feedback to internal investment and product teams Support the ongoing development of the firm s investment offering
Desired Candidate Profile
7+ years experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Institutional Sales Strong investment and wealth management background Proven track record in client acquisition and building a book of business Existing HNW or Family Office network highly advantageous
