Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers warmly as they enter the establishment.
Taking orders from clients in a friendly manner.
Serving food and drinks efficiently.
Presenting menus to clients.
Ensuring clients are satisfied with the services provided.
Cleaning tables after customers finish their meals.
Consistently cleaning workstations and keeping the area organized.
Paying attention to happenings around them and maintaining a neat environment.
Providing a helping hand in the kitchen.
Participating in line cooking and prep cooking (in certain restaurants).
Ensuring clients have an enjoyable experience.
Creating a positive impression to encourage repeat visits.
