Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5–8 years in IT with 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM).

  • Strong experience in Catalog Items, Workflows/Flows, Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, UI Actions & Policies.

  • Experience with Scoped Apps, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, custom tables.

  • Hands-on with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server integrations.

  • Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, CMDB, CSDM alignment.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum, multi‑environment setups (DEV–TEST–PROD), and governed deployments.

  • Exposure to ATF, UAT, upgrades, regression testing (good to have).
