Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Support Services

  • Oversee general administration, office management, and site services to support O&M teams.
  • Manage staff accommodation, transportation, catering, and welfare facilities.
  • Supervise administrative staff and contractors delivering site support services.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies, utilities, and consumables.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting for all services functions.

Logistics & Facility Management

  • Coordinate logistics for delivery, storage, and distribution of materials in collaboration with Procurement and Stores.
  • Ensure safe and efficient use of company vehicles and transport services.
  • Manage site facilities, including office buildings, warehouses, workshops, and common areas.
  • Oversee maintenance of administrative and service facilities in compliance with company standards.

Compliance & QHSE

  • Ensure all services activities comply with QHSE policies, ISO standards, and local regulations.
  • Monitor contractors providing services (transport, catering, cleaning, etc.) to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Support emergency preparedness through effective logistics, facilities, and welfare support.

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Supervise and mentor service staff and contractors.
  • Coordinate with O&M, HR, Procurement, and Finance departments to align support services with operational needs.
  • Act as a focal point for service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Financial & Reporting

  • Manage services-related budgets, cost controls, and resource planning.
  • Prepare regular reports on services performance, costs, and improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings in support services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in services or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Experience in industrial O&M environments, utilities, or large infrastructure projects (desalination or power plant experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of administration, logistics, transport, and facilities management practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems and QHSE compliance.
