Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy: Develops strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, negotiates sales, and analyzes performance metrics.

Operations Management: Oversees daily showroom operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and adhering to company policies.

Team Leadership: Recruits, trains, coaches, and motivates sales staff to drive performance.

Visual Merchandising: Arranges products, samples, and displays to be visually appealing, ensuring they are in outstanding condition.

Customer Service: Manages customer inquiries, complaints, and relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Inventory Control: Manages stock levels, orders new products, and coordinates with suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

6-10 years of Proven experience as a showroom manager, retail manager, or similar role.

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Expertise in sales techniques, closing, and achieving targets.

Deep understanding of the specific product lines.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
