Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain high standards of work.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications, identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment usage, and waste management to optimize workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Professional certification such as PMP or LEED is highly desirable, showcasing commitment to industry standards.
- Experience with specific construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is essential for effective project execution.
