Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Site supervision and coordination of all construction activities
Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Budget monitoring and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
BOQ preparation and contractor payment verification
Variation and change order cost evaluation
Progress tracking and reporting
Value Engineering to optimize cost, materials, and construction methods without compromising quality
Risk identification and cost impact analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of construction experience in Dubai / UAE
Strong knowledge of local regulations and site practices
Experience in building construction projects
Solid background in cost control and BOQ preparation
Ability to evaluate variations and manage change orders
Proven experience in Value Engineering and cost optimization
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Good coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
